Electronic Invoicing
Invoices are issued between the 1st and the 25th of each month. Each invoice has a due date based on the agreed payment terms.
To request an invoice in the name of a legal entity, it must be directly requested to our email congreso@sccq.com.co, attaching a recent copy of the RUT (Tax Identification Number).
If the invoice is for registration, in the same email, please provide the full name of the attendee, ID number, and type of registration (undergraduate student, graduate student, or professional).
You must attach a copy of the budget availability certificate.
Invoices will not be issued in the name of a natural or legal person without advanced payment or the CDP (budget availability certificate) in the case of a legal entity.
If a natural person requires an invoice, they must attach their proof of payment to the email congreso@sccq.com.co and specify that it will be issued in their name.
It is important to verify the invoices issued in the name of the entity and the registered attendees to avoid duplication.
The invoice for companies will be issued after 100% payment has been made.
Considering the registration form, billing information must be accurate as once the invoice is accepted and issued, NO CHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
