Welcome to XVI LASEAC
The XVI Latin American Symposium on Analytical and Environmental Chemistry (LASEAC) is an established event in Latin America that promotes the social appropriation of knowledge in Analytical and Environmental Chemistry among member countries of the RACAL Network "Network for Environmental Quality Analysis in Latin America" with the support of the IAEAC network. Its last edition was held in Ouro Preto (Brazil), and the XVII edition will take place in San José de Costa Rica.
LASEAC brings together researchers from over 10 countries including Brazil, Costa Rica, Uruguay, Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Argentina, Chile, Venezuela, among others.
The topics to be addressed include:
- Pollution and Control in Water, Air, and Soil
- Alternative, Clean, and Renewable Energies
- Emerging Organic and Inorganic Microcontaminants in the Environment
- New Trends in Sample Preparation for Environmental Analysis
- Instrumental and Environmental Analysis
- Environmental Biotechnology and Remediation
- Biosensors and Electroanalysis
- Chemometrics
- Regulations in Environmental Pollution Control
The next LASEAC XVII will be in San José, Costa Rica.
